Artist Statement.

I draw creative inspiration from fashion and hip-hop, especially influenced by J. Cole’s lyricism and narrative approach. Camouflage is a recurring element throughout my work. While traditionally associated with blending in, I use it as a symbol of internal freedom and individuality. To me, camouflage represents the idea that someone can move through the world unnoticed while still carrying an entire universe of creativity, emotion, and self expression within themselves.
